Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • Canada & International: 10–20 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary during promotional periods or high-demand seasons.

Shipping Rates & Promotions:

  • Free+Shipping Promotions: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. These promotional offers cover the product cost, and the customer is responsible for shipping and handling.

  • Standard Orders: Orders over $75 may qualify for free standard shipping (USA only).

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking info to update.


Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@alphaluxfitness.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Free+Shipping promotional items without prior authorization

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Items returned without authorization


Cancellations:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and item selection before completing your purchase.
